Erik Tetteroo

Erik Tetteroo is a consultant at APPM management consultants for urban planning and bicycle-inclusive mobility. He has studied Architecture at Delft University of Technology as well as Master City Developer at the University of Rotterdam. He is senior cycling policy advisor for the Ministry of Transport & the Environment in the Netherlands. In this role he is the secretary of Tour de Force, a joint initiative of different governmental bodies for increasing bicycle use. The purpose of Tour de Force is to invest more attention, priority, and money in bicycle policies, considering the great social benefits.

Erik is involved in the Dutch Cycling Embassy as the representative for the United Kingdom. He has organized ThinkBike workshops in cities like Miami, Denver, Berlin, Helsinki and Göteborg, and lectured at conferences in cities such as London, Leeds and Newcastle, and at Colorado University.
